Manufacturing: Up to ₹25 lakh
Services: Up to ₹10 lakh
Manufacturing: ₹25 lakh – ₹5 crore
Services: ₹10 lakh – ₹2 crore
Manufacturing: ₹5 crore – ₹10 crore
Services: ₹2 crore – ₹5 crore
Manufacturing: ₹10 crore – ₹200 crore
Manufacturing: Above ₹200 crore
All approvals under TS-iPASS are applied using the Combined Application Form (CAF).

In special cases, applications may also be submitted manually through the designated Nodal Agency as per government guidelines.
Projects are processed under different authorities depending on the investment value.
Applicable for projects with investment up to ₹5 crore in plant and machinery.
Applicable for projects with investment between ₹5 crore and ₹200 crore.
Applicable for mega projects above ₹200 crore or projects generating employment for more than 1,000 people.

When land is allocated through TSIIC or other government agencies, companies must comply with the following conditions:

Industrial operations must commence within two years
If these conditions are not met, the allocated land may be reclaimed by the government.
