Essential Certificate for Exporters
RCMC is a mandatory certificate issued by Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) or Commodity Boards under the Foreign Trade Policy. It enables exporters to avail themselves of concessions and benefits under DGFT, Customs, and Central Excise departments.
